Cancellation Policy

Please notify us as soon as possible if you must cancel your appointment. No fees will be assessed if you need to reschedule. However, if you cancel your scheduled appointment for an evaluation or phone consultation and choose not to reschedule, you will receive a full refund, minus a $25 service charge. If you cancel your appointment for the K-9 Etiquette course and do not reschedule, $100 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
